Outplacement Services

PTS is able to provide a full range of outplacement services to individuals who want help to manage the transition through career change or into re-employment after the loss of a job. We understand they may be feeling at their most vulnerable, and so we endeavour to provide constructive support.

We can design individual or group outplacement programmes to enable individuals to understand their capabilities, potential, skills and limitations with the view to helping them find new career opportunities or new employment.

  • CV and cover letter writing skills and advice
  • Interview skills
  • Individual career management counselling with a trained consultant
  • Assistance in job search working in conjunction with specialist recruitment companies.
