Effective managers need to possess the right competencies and skills; strong leaders
also need to have the ability to create relationships and good working environments.
Great leaders and managers will optimise employee performance and motivate teams

PTS know that management and leadership development must be designed specifically
for each client. Development may only be required amongst a small number of identified
individuals and involve individual mentoring and coaching.
For most clients we can benchmark the characteristics of effective managers and leaders
within their organisation. Through a range of approaches, existing and potential
managers and leaders can be independently assessed and identified.
