Nearly 30 years experience within the field of management development and training.
I am a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development as
well as a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM). I am a qualified
and experienced practitioner of psychometric and occupational testing (Level A &
B), and I worked closely with Dr Meredith Belbin for several years in his pioneering
research into team development.
Before starting my own consultancy I worked with Hillsdown Holdings Plc as an internal
HRD consultant across the 200 companies within the group.
My main areas of interest are in leadership and team development ensuring individuals
and teams perform to ensure optimum results for their organisation.

More than 20 years commercial experience, primarily in marketing. I have worked
for The Boots Company, Mars and EMAP, operating at senior positions including board
level. As the Marketing Director at EMAP Automotive I was responsible for a department
of over thirty people. My experience of business and of people and teams is broad
and varied.
More recently I have worked within management training and strategic consultancy.
I am continually enthused by working with organisations to help them optimise their

More than ten years experience within human resource management.
A member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and fully qualified
in psychometric testing for many years, I have held both HR generalist and specialist
roles including rewards management and graduate recruitment, for a number of organisations
including Citibank, Nationwide Building Society and the legal sector. I have also
set up and managed my own business.
My main areas of interest are recruitment and selection including rewards management
and working with teams and individuals to maximise performance. I particularly enjoy
working together with managers and individuals to achieve a given outcome.
